We hope that you love your purchase from WabiSabiCrystals
Please note that we source the best availaible natural stones and crystals for you and there will be imperfections on the beads and crystals as that is natural. Still if you are not satisfied with any in imperfection. We will be happy to send a replacement. But for that the customer needs to send a picture proof and send it to is on our shipping address.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your product, we will happily exchange your size or give you a refund within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.
Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us immediately through email at hellowabisabimagic@gmail.com if you have any concerns.
Products must be unworn. Bracelets, all cards, and bracelet pouch must be in its original condition.
30-Day Warranty
WabiSabiCrystals offers a 30-day warranty on all bracelets. These products are made with standard size for all. But still if your Bracelet breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will honor a one-time replacement of that piece. Please email a photo of your bracelet to info@wabisabicrystals.in within 30 days. We will either send you a brand new piece or repair your original bracelet for you. Please note: It may take 7-10 business days for your replacement bracelet to ship out.
We will be more than happy to work with you to get you the wabisabimagic product that best serves you. Please contact us via email at hellowabisabimagic@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 1 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

NEETI RAMAN PRODUCTIONS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 1 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
